Roon software won't connect my Tidal account

I had previously connected my Tidal account to Roon, but today I got an error message saying I wasn’t connected to Tidal and needed to retry. Numerous attempts failed, even though I would get a successfully connected message. I even uninstalled / reinstalled the Roon software, but have the same result.
Suggestions?

where is your roon core installed? (PC, Mac, nucleus, Nuc)?
