Option 1 – Download and install Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 driver manually

  • Go to Intel download center.
  • Under Select Your Product, choose Graphics.
  • In the search box, type Intel Iris Plus graphics 655 and press Enter.
  • Click Intel® Graphics – Windows® DCH Drivers.
  • Download the file of igfx_win_100.

Is there any possibility that you have the ‘corrupt Tidal Account’ problem?

Hey @DKNTy,

We’re sorry to hear that Roon is no longer working for you

Thanks for posting on community, trying a few troubleshooting steps and keeping us in the loop. Would you mind trying this as well?

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Restore a backup
