· Roon is slow, freezing or won’t start

· This is not the problem. The unit will not power up.

Which model of Nucleus is this unit (Nucleus Rev A, Rev B, Nucleus One, Nucleus Titan)?
Do you see any activity in the power LED or the ethernet LED when you attempt to power the unit on? Try a different wall plug for due diligence.
If you have a monitor/display nearby, try connecting the HDMI output of the Nucleus to the external display. This should output a diagnostic report on the screen if the unit can boot at all.
We’ll watch for your reply and proceed from there.

It’s a Nucleus One. The power led does not light.
Power supply is working at 19v.

A reading of 19V tells us the supply produces voltage with nothing drawing from it. It does not tell us whether it holds up under load. A partly failed supply will often measure correctly on the bench and then collapse the moment the unit tries to draw current, and no power LED at all fits that.
So the next step is a different supply. Please try one that matches the rating printed on the label of your existing supply, both voltage and amperage, with the same connector and polarity. If you do not have one on hand, we sell them here:
If a known good supply brings the unit up, that was the fault, and you are done.
If the power LED still does not light with a different supply, the fault is in the unit itself. Please open the form below, choose “Other”, then “This issue is related to a physical component”, and our hardware team will take it from there:
