Roon stops playback after a short time

Description of Issue

After a short time of beginning playback it simply stops and skips through the remaining tracks in queue
Trying to play something again doesn;t work
Need to exit roon and re-enter then playback works but the same happens again and again.

Thanks for taking the time to write in! It’s great to see you again. Let’s dig right into your issue here.

  1. Does playback stop or skip when playing local files? Or does it only happen when streaming from Tidal/Qobuz?

  2. Do you experience these playback issues with ALL of your endpoints? Can you test out playing from your system output and see if you still experience dropouts?

  3. After the stop or skip occurs, you press play to start playback again, but it doesn’t work? Do you get an error message?

  4. Also, how is your core connected to your network? Is it running on Wifi or hardwired?
