Hey @ebt,

Welcome to the community!

As a more specific step, could you please reproduce the issue, and share the track name , as well as date and time of the stoppage, and then please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

Thank you!

I uploaded the logs, this issue is intermittent. I wonder if playback is affected when Roon server can’t connect to internet (internet provider outage but the network is still on). Could this cause playback disruptions?

I find the log not super verbose to understand what’s the root cause, I didn’t see any error.

Thanks for the follow up @ebt, lets see if refreshing your RAATServer database may help:

You can generate a new RAATServer instance on your device by following these instructions, but please be aware that this will reset your Roon Settings → Audio Tab to factory settings and I would advise making a backup of any custom DSP settings you have:

  • Create a Backup of your current Roon database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “RAATServer”
  • Rename the “RAATServer” folder to “RAATServer_old”
  • Restart the Roon App to generate a new RAATServer folder

With that, are you by chance playing in a grouped zone?

Is the CXN wired directly to your primary router?
