Roon stops working during: adding music to library

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Windows 10 / Intel® Core™ i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz, RAM 8,00 GB, SSD 250
GB with 196 GD avaiable space / Roon v1.7 build 710.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Sagemcom F@st3890V3 / used both on WiFi and Ethernet.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

miniDSP SHD connected via LAN

Description Of Issue

Roon Core downloaded and connected to Synology DS218plus NAS (3TB with 0,5TB additional space) and Tidal.

Core starts to “Adding music to library” but stops and the program is not restartable. The screen says 60070 track, 24580 added, 24580 indentified. 23222 tracks imported, 81934 files scanned.

Have tried to reinstall the program, but it stops at exact same spot; and windows report that an error caused the program to stop. Restart of the the PC does not help.

What do i do wrong?

Hi again,

I solved it my selfs. A right click on the desktop icon gave me access to a troubleshooting tool. That was the trick. Database is working and Core stable.
