Hi @rrykis6,
Welcome to the Roon community. Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. According to our records your Roon server hasn’t been active for 9 days. That about matches when you say this problem started. Please try to navigate to your ROCK’s web admin page. This link will tell you how to do that. If you are able to get to that page restart the Roon server from there.

If that page is inaccessible then either the server isn’t connected to your local network or it is off. To troubleshoot from here we would need to know how your ROCK is connected to the internet. Are you using ethernet or Wi-Fi? If you’re using ethernet are there any switches or network hardware between the ROCK and your router?

Hello there,

Just to clarify, for the last 9 days I’m trying to use a brand new Nucleus One, not Rock NUC anymore. Sometimes I can see that Roon is downloading my library of around 6.500 albums in flac from plugged in 4tb ssd portable hard drive. The problem is that I see most of the time Roon’s logo, nothing else. I can’t even listen to music from Tidal streaming platform.

Hi @rrykis6,
Strangely our system isn’t seeing your Nucleus only a ROCK. The Nucleus has it’s own Web Admin page. You can access it with one of the methods below.

  1. Typing in the IP Address of the RoonOS Device in a Web Browser

  2. Typing the hostname of the device, for example: http://rock , http://nucleus , http://nucleusplus , http://nucleustitan or http://nucleusone

  3. Typing the .local suffix for the device, for example: http://rock.local , http://nucleus.local , http://nucleusplus.local , http://nucleustitan.local , or http://nucleusone.local

Can you also please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs from the Nucleus to our File Uploader?
