Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Opened Roon on my iPad this evening and it is in portrait mode instead of landscape mode. Never seen this before. I want it to be in landscape mode. Thanks.

First thing I would try is restarting the iPad.

I have never seen that before on either of my iPads.

Tried that. Thanks.

Ok, I cant see anything to try in Roon.

What happens if you toggle through Portrait and landscape mode on the iPad?

And I have had this on an Android phone and physically rotating the phone to try and set the scape mode correct has worked.

Looks to me like you switched the window to Window Mode, which is a new thing on iOS 26. You can work with multiple windows side by side just like on a PC.

Tap the window and you should get red/yellow/green buttons for close/minimize/fullscreen at the top left, just like on a Mac. Tap the green one for fullscreen or hold it for more options. Or swipe down from the top of the screen to get a menu.

It’s possible for the window to get stuck in this mode, it happened to me once. In this case, turn window mode off and then back on if you like.

I was able to fix this by dragging the corner of the Roon screen to enlarge it.
