Describe the issue
I renewed my annual membership at $149 and now nothing happens except the initial loading icon sows up and just keeps going — zero Roon actuon
Describe your network setup
I have a Meridian 218 and Nucleus + I have been using with Tidal for 4+ years
Thank you for providing that screenshot. Since it shows your iPhone/iOS device stuck on the animated logo while our server logs show the Nucleus is healthy and licensed, the issue is definitely isolated to the mobile app’s connection.
To get your iPhone connected again, please follow these steps:
Check Local Network Permissions: This is the most common reason for a “stuck” logo on iOS. Go to your iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network and ensure the toggle for Roon is switched ON.
Reinstall the Roon App: If the permissions are already correct, please delete the Roon app from your iPhone and download it fresh from the App Store. This will clear any outdated account data that might be causing the hang.
Confirm the Connection: Once reinstalled, open the app and it should prompt you to connect to your Nucleus.
Since your Nucleus is confirmed to be online and licensed in our backend, these steps should immediately bridge the gap between your iPhone and the server. Please let us know once you’ve reinstalled the app!
