Roon stuck on not installing Windows 10 stuck at "Start your subscription

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Windows 10 Roon not started so no build #

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

On Ethernet, Roon Core and database on same computer. New computer minimal software on it.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Have not gotten that far

Description Of Issue

Trying to get Roon initialized I have logged in get to the next page and it stops. I do not see any “Next Step” buttons. I see this:

Start your Subscription
A Roon Subscription…
… discover new music

Things I have done
Turned off firewall

Posting a screenshot would be helpful.
In the meantime try the 32 bit version as it might be having issues with the graphics card.

Was looking for a way to upload. Did not look at the top menu.

Installed 32 bit version. See the same screen. Should I unistall and go back to 64 bit version?


Graphics card is Intel UHD Graphics 630

Next thing to try would be to go to the Intel site and download the latest drivers. Not windows update.

Used the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
Updated driver
Started install of Roon
logged into account
Got to the same screen

It still stops at the same place. The screen is just after you log in. I tried to install on another windows computer and got the same results

I start up Roon.
It asks to choose your roon core. I choose set up on this PC
I look in successfully
Then get stuck on the next page

I have not installed Roon before . This is my first experience with Roon. Have not set up before

I figured out the issue. I created an account about a month ago, but did not go as far as putting in the CC info. I created a new account with CC info and was able to do the install.
