First, may I kindly ask that you please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.
Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
So we may get a clearer picture of what you’re experiencing, may I also ask you to please verify the following:
- Are the number of tracks imported and scanned increasing or have they been sitting at that number?
- Can you share a screenshot of your settings located in Settings > Library?
- When did you first notice this behavior? Were there any changes to your setup when this started?
