I own a HiFi Rose RS 151 streamer. It has a caching feature which works with Tidal. But unfortunately does not work with Tidal going through Roon. HiFi Rose has told me it's a feature Roon would need to add. Would this be possible in the future?

i assume it’s similar to Aurender works with Tidal/Qobuz, ie, it loads the complete track into memory before playback.
in Roon, RAAT controls playback independent of the rendering device.
Caching tidal through Roon.
I think you need to expand on what, precisely, you mean by “caching Tidal”. Do you mean what @woodford has assumed, or something else? Thank you.
hifi rose rs151 is able to cache songs through tidal with a hard drive attached, but when tidal goes through roon its unable to do the caching.
