Roon support is weak .respond is slow .

In both your recent Support tickets Roon was responsive. However, it was you who failed to reply to the ticket resulting in auto-closure.
If you still have an issue, please flag the last post of the relevant thread, marking it as “Something else”, and the moderators will reopen the thread.
