I play a track on Roon. Roon switches on a next track after 30 seconds of playback. My Tidal account is in order

Could you please confirm whether you have an active TIDAL subscription? Roon does not support trial or promotional TIDAL accounts.

Dear Vadim,

Yes, you’re right. By mistake, I used my trial login/password for TIDAL. Now, everything plays well with a paid subscription’s login/password.
