Roon to first scan your music libraries; select lower quality/bit-rate files, replace them in Roon interface by access to similar titles on TIDAL HIFI?

This can be useful for excisting library aswell.
i still got a lot of MP3 that need to be sortet. but i got alot of the Music in hirez flac. so i want Roon to just select the best quality and skip the worse
