Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.

You’ll need to have version 2.8 or higher to run Roon nowadays. To upgrade to 2.8, follow the steps mentioned here: Upgrade Sonicorbiter software for SGC & Audiostore Servers – AudioStore

Thanks for sharing that. Since your Sonicorbiter is on version 2.7, you will need to upgrade to version 2.8 or higher for Roon to run and communicate properly.
