Roon unable to connect on Android GSM and tablet, works on Windows PC (ref#1XR0JQ)

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Please try to restart your network setup by unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and then replugging in your networking gear.

Please select how you've connected your Roon Server to the internet

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

· Roon still won't connect even after checking this aspect

Have you verified that Roon Server is on the same subnet as your Remotes?

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

From your account information, it seems that you may have the legacy version of Roon downloaded on the OnePlus Nord device - Roon 1.8. Since your server is running Roon 2.0, you’ll want to download the latest version of Roon, you can do so from your respective app store or from our downloads page here:

Have you attempted a fresh install on the Samsung device yet? It may be good to do this as well.

Do you have any windows firewall active on your server machine? It may be worth temporarily disabling your firewall and testing to see if youre able to connect afterwards.
