Roon unable to connect remotely when away from home (ref#XPN4CT)

It won’t connect when I am away from the house. It works fine at home.

Hi @Wilson_Waters,

Could you please reproduce the issue while at home (disable wifi on your mobile device and attempt to connect to Arc over cellular data)

And then access your Roon Settings> Roon Arc and see if there is an error code.

Have you recently migrated your RoonServer machine between computers or restored a Backup?

If you’re still having issues, please try reinstalling ARC. Let us know if this helps.

Do you rely on Tailscale or port forwarding to connect your RoonServer machine to ARC?
