We reviewed the logs and were able to confirm connection failures between Roon and HQPlayer on April 21. However, in the more recent logs, we can see successful communication and playback through HQPlayer, so the issue does not appear to be present at the moment.
Based on that, it seems possible that this was caused by a temporary local Windows firewall block or a similar Windows-side networking/security issue.
When you have a chance, please check your Windows firewall settings and make sure HQPlayer is allowed through. If the issue is still occurring on your side, please let us know and share the approximate local time of the most recent failure so we can take another look.
