Roon will not connect to Linn Klimax Organik DSM (version3)

Linn Climax Organic DSM, Network Connection, XLR Out to Amp, ethernet hardwired

Home Network Details

All computers and components are hardwired. The network used Cisco Series 500 10/100/1000 switches and Netgear M4300 switches. Roon Core is on the Synology and hardwired. The Linn Klimax is hardwired. Each unit is running behind their own switch. There are tw audio systems on the same network with two Mcintosh MX122 preamps, Marants Streamers, Request Audio Video music server, Roku devices and tvs.

(owner of 2 Klimax Organik systems controlled by Roon servers) Have you specified “Subnet for Linn streaming” correctly in Roon>Settings>Setup?

I wanted to check in with you here, are you still having any further issues after following Fernando’s suggestion? According our our remote diagnostics it looks like your Linn device is showing up properly. Let us know, thanks!

Thank you all. Its was indeed the subnet mask.
