Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble here.
To narrow this down, let’s start with a quick check: please connect an HDMI display to your Nucleus and take a look at the status screen - it shows the current network state of the device. Does it display an IP address? A photo of that screen would be very helpful.
If no IP address is shown there, the next test is to connect the Nucleus to your network using a USB-to-Ethernet adapter instead of the built-in Ethernet port, if you have one available or can borrow one. Ideally, use the same Ethernet cable with the adapter - that way we rule out the cable at the same time.
If the Nucleus comes online through the USB adapter, that points to a hardware issue with the built-in Ethernet port, and we’ll take the next steps with you from there.
