Roon unable to connect to Tidal since yesterday (ref#NI324C)

What kind of device are you using to perform the login?

· Mac

Where are you trying to login?

· Via Mac, iOS also via ARC on iOS

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon Server app in the taskbar (MacOS), task manager (Windows) or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Roon has been unable to connect to Tidal since yesterday. I use Tidal via Roon successfully on a virtually daily basis for a few years, so something has recently changed.
Steps taken already:

1. Restart Roon core--no success after
2. Reinstall Operating System via web app--no success after
3. Clear Cache Folder from rock/Data/RoonSever/Cache, reboot NUC--no success after
4. Clear Cache Folder from rock/Data/RoonSever/Cache, plus Reinstall Operating System via web app--no success after

Roon Server Version 2.57 (build 1598)r

Already checked:

1. Able to sign into Tidal via Tidal desktop app
2. Able to sign into Tidal website

ISP: Xfinity; Arris Modem; Asus GT-AX6000 router; Linksys LGS308 and SE3008 switches

We have analyzed analytics report data from your device and found some details.

Your device logs a time out error upon attempting to connect to tidal service and claims it is unresponsive.

In this case we would recommend you to try to assign another DNS to your Nucleus (8.8.8.8 from Google or 1.1.1.1 from Cloudflare).

In case this does not help we would recommend you to try to connect your nucleus to another network and try to sign in to tidal again.

If you don’t have an oportunity to do that please temporarily install a Roon Server on your PC/ Mac with wi fi and share a network to it from the phone hot spot and try to sign in to Tidal under this conditions.
