Roon does not find one of my audio devices any more

Describe your network setup

It concerns a DALI/Bluesound Soundhub.
The device is not broken: it works great for all sources, except for Roon. It has disappeared from the list of audio devices.
It is not certified, but in september, 21 2020 a fix was offered and granted: "You're now a developer for your uncertified Roon Ready device".

Thanks for your patience while we checked with the team regarding this device. There have been no recent changes in this area of Roon, and looking over another similar report we received, the start of this issue coincided with a BluOS firmware update. We suggest reaching out to the BluOS team for further assistance with this.
