Thanks for writing in and for sharing your issue! Based on your admin information, it looks like Roon Server is currently reading ~3k local files, does that sound like the correct amount to you?
If you navigate to Roon Settings > Storage > are you able to add the additional locations of where your local library lives?
If you could please provide a bit more information about where your files live, in relation to your Roon Server machine.

We’ve taken a closer look at diagnostic information associated with your account that was activated when you submitted your post here. We can see some local library content associated with your RoonServer, but only a few albums. This leaves us with a slight suspicion that some of your music might still be missing from Roon.
We’ll need to start with some basics in order to troubleshoot efficiently:
Do you store your music on the same machine that you use for your RoonServer? Or do you keep your music on a separate drive (like a USB or network storage device)?
