Description of Issue

Hello, Roon stopped working on my Zappiti NAS. It cannot find my Roon Core after failing to update my library.

Thank you for your post. First off, I recommend attempting to fully refresh the RoonServer instance on your Zappiti by taking the following steps:

  • Make a Backup of your current RoonServer Database
  • Exit out of RoonServer
  • Navigate to your RoonServer’s Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “RoonServer”
  • Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old”
  • Reinstall the RoonServer App from our Downloads Page to generate a new RoonServer folder

If you still encounter the issue after replacing/reinstating the database, then please list the make and model of any network hardware equipment involved in your setup.
