What’s your Roon Server running on?
Hey @darren.pumphry,
Thanks for writing in and welcome to the community!
As a first next step - can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network
, and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.
Roon Server running on M2 MacMini, streamer is Cambridge Audio CXNv2. I often have this problem after Roon updates. Previously restarting the streamer or computer has caused streamer to reappear to Roon. This time I started a Qobuz album in the Cambridge StreamMagic app, opened Roon while it was playing and the streamer reappeared. Thinking about getting a Roon Nucleus to avoid this problem.
I doubt the Mac is the problem, feels more like a network discovery issue and something is stopping Roon from finding your device. What is your current network setup for the Mac and CXN, do you have wireless mesh, any devices using wireless?
