Thank you for reaching out. We’ll need a little more information in order to take action on this thread, but please be sure you’ve reviewed the following article in the meantime:

iTunes

Roon relies on an XML file generated by iTunes/Apple Music to import any locally-stored files from those Apple programs. Keep in mind that DRM-protected files will not be playable in Roon.

Are you hosting RoonServer on the same machine where you’ve stored your iTunes library?

Please share a screenshot of your Settings → Storage page showing the Watched Folder configuration.
