· Roon can’t find my server. I’ve powered down the server and restarted and confirmed it is ruining and on my network. Also reinstalled the roon iPhone app and entered the server up address directly in the scan for devices to find server in app

· Lynksis mesh network. Roon server and device (miniDSP) are connected via Ethernet cable. Everything has been working perfectly before and no changes have been made to network or devices

Hello @samysound,

Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your account, we can see a likely cause: your Roon Server (SonicTransporter) is on 10.198.1.x, but your iPhone appears to be connected to a different subnet (10.188.37.x). Roon requires the server and all remotes to be on the same subnet to discover each other automatically.

This is a common issue with mesh network systems where different nodes assign addresses from different IP ranges.

Could you please check the following:

  1. In your Linksys mesh app, confirm that all devices are on a single unified network - there should not be multiple different IP ranges (10.198.x.x, 10.188.x.x etc.)
  2. If your router has a "Bridge Mode" or "Access Point Mode" option for the satellite nodes, make sure it is enabled so all devices share the same subnet
  3. Try connecting your iPhone to the same WiFi band/node as your SonicTransporter if possible, then attempt to connect again
