the roon can not select a song and play it.It jumps from one song to the next song without playing anything any of them.It reads that :too many songs...which is not the case.thank you

Describe your network setup

It played very very well without any problem for many months.The starting view on the screen is o.k. and as it was playing sudenly the described problem occured.i have the indication that roon is connected.

Thanks for writing in - we’d love to take a closer look into this issue for you, could you please bring your Roon Server back online and reproduce the issue?

If you haven’t yet, I’d also safely reboot your router, Roon Server, and any endpoints you’re having issues with.

Hi @john_dimakis,

Diagnostics show RAAT receiving format_not_supported errors when attempting to initiate playback at 44.1Khz WAV files to an SOtM - sMS-200.

Several days ago this same format functioned fine on the same endpoint using the same drivers/protocols.

Have you changed anything in DSP (MUSE) within Roon, or in the device firmware for the SOtM itself?

Do you have any issues if you play to System Output or other Zones? What about if you change the connection type to the same sMS-200 (switching between ethernet/USB)?
