Description of Issue

Roon just shows an animated icon in the middle of the screen. No database, no menus. Worked perfectly but has stopped working 3 days ago.

I’m so sorry to hear about the trouble! The symptoms you’re describing can be related to one of the latest Windows updates.

Sometimes, they can prove to be unreliable. Could you please:

  • uninstall your graphics drivers
  • navigate to the manufacturer’s website (e.g. NVIDIA) and download the latest ones manually
  • install them
  • restart your Windows machine
  • launch Roon
