Describe the issue I am storing my downloaded Apple Music on a SanDisk Extreme SSD drive. Recently Roon is showing that it is "unauthorized" and will not read folder. It sees the drive and the music folder, but will not read it. Using MacOS 15.1.1.

Might be another one of macOS 15‘s tightened security checks. Try this:

I’m assuming this drive shows up in Disk Utility? Can you access it in Finder? The Sequoia update has changed privacy around network access and device access.
As an aside, for due diligence, in System Settings → Privacy & Security, make sure Roon has Local Network access.
