Roon "unexpected error" loading albums with both Gustard S26 and PC as servers (ref#U68I42)

This morning when I tried to listen to Roon with my Gustard S26 music server Roon had trouble loading Albums-„unexpected error“ was showed. I thought S26 was the issue, but when trying my PC as a server same thing happened…. I tried readding my music services - Tidal and Qobuz , nothing helped. Please help me!

At the moment, there’s a known TIDAL outage affecting multiple regions, related to an issue on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This can cause errors such as “unexpected error” or make TIDAL content temporarily unavailable in Roon.

Once TIDAL services are back to normal, please:
  1. Go to Settings → Services → TIDAL → Log out, then
  2. Log back in and try again.
Regarding Qobuz, since it may be a separate issue, could you please share a couple of screenshots showing what exactly happens when you try to play from Qobuz in Roon? This will help us understand whether it’s connected or something else.

Albums art do not update and I can not play Lossless music with WASAPI (Bit perfect)


my internet connection is totally fine, I check in my parents’ apartment as well…
It is really weird… It happened suddenly this morning, I have never had this before..

I reinstalled Roon completely on my laptop now and it updates album arts but no sound on WASAPI-

Exclusive mode with WASAPI works perfectly on the Qobuz Windows app…
Also I can not find a specific album when using Roon… On Qobuz Windows app no problem…

All is working now :slight_smile: , beside the WASAPI on for the laptop speakers, no idea why…
No idea what happened this morning with Roon…
