Description of Issue

I have two rooms grouped together regularly under Sonos. When playing Roon through the bedroom+bathroom speakers of Sonos, it will ungroup the bathroom speakers at the beginning of each new track. How to stop this behavior?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out. To better assist you, can you provide more details into which model Sonos speakers you have in your setup?

If you’re able to provide more details into your network setup as well, is your core hardwired to your router? What model router are you using?

Lastly, please provide a few timestamps of when the issue is occurring so our team can take a closer look into your account at these times.
