Roon unresponsive on qobuz and live radio

Since today, Roon has trouble connecting to qobuz and live radio. Local files play just fine. I keep getting “error loading page” messages. All other apps using internet have no problems using wifi.
I have a Nucleus Rev B on ethernet and use an Android tablet to access Roon.
Is anyone else having the same issue? I’m in the Netherlands on glass fiber (250 mb) via Nokia router.
Any help is appreciated!

I’m in the Netherlands also, and have no problems with either Qobuz or Live Radio.

I suggest as a first step (while waiting for Technical Support to return from their weekend break) to try rebooting your router, followed by the Nucleus once the network is re-established.

Thanks, Geoff. Did both, but to no avail. Live radio no longer comes with the error but simply doesn’t start playback. Qobuz still repeats “error loading page”.
Yesterday I successfully installed a 2TB SSD internal storage, which works just fine. Can’t imagine that could have caused the current issue, though, but it is the only thing that has changed…

Can you post a screenshot of the Nucleus’s Web Administration Interface? It might give the Technical Support team some additional information. Thanks.

By the way, the problem also occurs when using Roon on a wired widows pc, so it doesn’t seem to be a wifi issue.
UPDATE: problem solved. Turns out that the cable from the router to the switch that the nucleus is on was ‘wobbly’.
