Roon updates won't install on Roon Core

Description of Issue

Roon Core on the Macbook repeatedly informs me that there is an update. I follow the update process it seems to just close Roon. When I open the app again I still get the update message. When I check on view details it tells me that there is an update awaiting relaunch. I click the link and it just closes Roon again.

The update message also appears on my remote roon devices - iphone, iPad - if i follow the update trail from there the same thing happens.

I have installed many updates in the past on exactly the same set up with no issues.

My extreme apologies for the delay in following up! After looking at your account, it looks like you’ve been able to successfully upgrade all of your devices.

Thanks for following up Benjamin. I got over the issue by deleting Roon from my core machine and fully reinstalling it. I managed to lose my playlists through the process but kept my Library.

Thanks for letting me know, and I’m sorry to hear you’ve lost your playlists? Do you by chance have a recent backup you could load? That way, you’d have your playlists back and still be on 2.0.
