Description of Issue

All devices work except the Goldmund. The Goldmund has worked flawlessly until now. It is plugged in to the Nucleus . Roon recognizes it as a connected device by name “Goldmund”. I hit play in Roon for a track from Qobuz or my library and it cycles through each track title on the album and gives me a message saying
Too many failures. Stopping playback.
Please help. I bought my Nucleus from Roon six months ago.

When should I expect a response?

Count yourself lucky if you get an official response before two weeks passed.

Thank you for the heads up

Hi @Howard_Armistead,

Thanks so much for your patience so far! And welcome to the Roon Community as well, although I’m sorry its an issue that prompted your first post.

As a good next step, can you simplify your network setup and directly connect your Nuclues to your primary router via ethernet, and then reproduce the issue?

When you do that, take note of the specific date, time, and track name - we’ll be able to review a core diagnostic around the precise time of the issue to get a better idea of what’s going on.

I’d also check to see if there are any firmware updates needed for the Goldmund, just in case!

Thanks Howard, I’ll be on standby for your reply. :+1:
