My Core is iMac running Catalina 10.15.1.
Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Synology NAS through WiFi.
Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Devialet Expert Pro 220.
Description Of Issue
Playback of songs/albums has ceased. I can play live radio so network must be okay.
Reboot the iMac and see if that helps.

Can you elaborate a bit on your network setup? What router is in use? Is your iMac connected via WiFi or Ethernet? Are you using any other networking devices besides the router?
Can you try playing to System Output of the Core machine? Does the same issue occur when playing to that endpoint?
