Each support thread is preferred to be separate to provide the best support without getting other issues confused. Can you please provide your core information, you network information, to help support get an idea of your environment.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
