Does Roon plan to work with Pure Music?
In what way and to provide what?
I would imagine that @Paul_Bier would like to see Pure Music handling output from Roon, applying the processing that, in my opinion, is superlative in Pure Music. In a way, this would be similar to what HQPlayer is doing.
The issue is that Pure Music really only interfaces with iTunes at this point. Pure Music has a pass-through driver for other sources, but in using that driver, the signal is not enhanced or manipulated in any way (from my limited understanding of things.)
I think it would really be up to Pure Music to make such a change. On that, I have no clue as to their plans.
