Description of Issue

On opening iPad app today was advised not logged in to Qobuz (or words to that effect). Found various support references to potential fixes and tried shutting down core an powering host down. Also tried renaming Roon cache folder to old and starting core & logging in to Qobuz.

None of it worked, please help.
First time on here so apologies if I’m in the wrong place or incorrectly formatted.

Qobuz account fine & works on all other devices.

Hey @Darren_Kelly,

Ben with the support team here, thanks so much for taking the time to write in! I apologize for the long delay in getting to your thread, especially with it being your first post! Nonetheless, we’re glad to have you here and I’ve set your thread to monitoring to ensure nothing slips through the cracks moving forward.

I was able to pull your account up and I see that your core does currently have Qobuz tracks successfully synced to it - are you still having issues accessing your Qobuz account?

I’ll be on standby for a status update! :+1:
