Roon won’t recognise my WD Cloud

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Ethernet.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Moon 240i intg amp with DAC - connected with USB to the PC.

Description Of Issue
Hi Guys,

I have 2 WD My Clouds - Roon could not find them
Please help

You need to fill in all the other parts of the form or no one will be able to help you. Network, core etc.

Hi @sagiv_yedidia,

We have some instructions about the specifics of configuring WD My Cloud devices with Roon in our Knowledge Base. As noted in the KB, these devices work a bit different than other storage locations, so you’ll want to make sure to try all of the suggestions there.
