Roon Won't Detect Audio Devices with McAfee Firewall turned on

If I turn off the McAfee firewall Roon finds the SABAJ D5 DAC
If I leave the McAfee firewall Roon does not see the SABAJ D5 DAC

Antivirus applications such as McAFee are known to cause issues with Roon if exceptions have not been added. Since you are using a Windows PC, I would verify that both Roon.exe and RAATServer.exe have been added as exceptions to your Windows firewall and McAFee.

You can use these instructions to add the exceptions to Windows Firewall and the executables themselves would be located in your Database Location/Application folder path. I would also add these exceptions to any Antivirus or other Firewall blocking applications you may have.

This guide from McAFee may help with this aspect, but I would refer to McAFee technical support if you still experience issues after adding the exception.
