I am running Roon Version 1.4 (build 294) stable (64bit) on Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit desktop PC, Intel Core i7 4770K @ 3.50GHz, 32Gb RAM, MSI Z87-G45 Gaming M/B.
My library is stored on a local drive Samsung 840 PRO SSD 500GB and has 195GB free. My library consists of approximately 13000 titles.
Roon won’t connect with Tidal. I keep getting the message that I need to check my Internet connection, although Tidal works fine by itself and I have no issue with my Internet.
I have rebooted the router.
I have restarted the core numerous times and logged out of Tidal and back in with no joy.
This is a recent development since the last update.
Just to clarify, you tried TIDAL app on the same machine where Roon is installed ?
Do you have active firewall ? If so, can you try to disable it and try login TIDAL in Roon once more.
