Description of Issue

I just get the loading screen (see photo). Was the same with the previous build of 1.8.

I am so sorry that we have missed your post for this long. Please, accept my sincere apology :pleading_face:

I was wondering if this is still happening? If so, we’d love the chance to help. The first thing you could try is actually rebooting your machine:

  • hold down the power button until the MBP shuts off
  • unplug it for a couple of minutes
  • plug it back in and turn it on

Does that help at all? We’re hoping to have the chance to help this time.
