· Hello, my subscription expired. I updated my payment method, renewed my subscription and now Roon will not start. This is affecting both PC and iOS apps.

Tell us about your home network

· Fibre to Unifi home network. Everything is working fine, this is a Roon problem.

It seems an unfortunate coincidence that a technical issue started affecting you as your Roon subscription renewed. They aren’t connected: your Roon subscription is active and it allows you to use Roon on one active installation (one Roon Server).

I’ve looped in our technical team (@support) so they can start troubleshooting :prayer_beads:
