· Fibre to Unifi home network. Everything is working fine, this is a Roon problem.

It seems an unfortunate coincidence that a technical issue started affecting you as your Roon subscription renewed. They aren’t connected: your Roon subscription is active and it allows you to use Roon on one active installation (one Roon Server).
