Description of Issue

I’m trying to launch Tidal on a machine that has worked with Tidal previously. Issue may be related to a recent Windows update. I’ve followed all the recommended steps:

  1. Restarted the Computer - No luck trying to re-launch
  2. Reinstalled Roon - Re-started and no luck
  3. Disabled Firewall - No luck
  4. Re-installed Graphics drivers for Intel and Nvidia - Restarted machine, no luck
  5. Re-installed .net framework - No luck

At this point, I’ve exhausted all the recommended fixes, and I’m still unable to launch the app.

Hey @Tim_Manion,

To confirm, you are only have issues loading Tidal within your Roon account? Are you able to access your Tidal account via their web browser?

Can you confirm you have an active subscription with Tidal at this time? What happens when you head into Roon Settings>Services> Tidal and attempt to log into your account?
