· RoonARC has inconsistent "Poor Connection" issues. It will refuse to load a song citing Poor Connection. Yet it might play the next song in a playlist perfectly. No matter how many times stop the app, clear data and cache, it will never play a song once it claims there is a Poor Connection. Also, once it fails to load a song, it just stops the playlist rather than moving on to the next song. So rather than just starting a playlist and enjoying it, I'm constantly unlock my phone, go back into the app and move it along manually. For reference, my mobile connection is minimum of 4G with good coverage, and my home internet connection and ROCK have consistent good connection.

From the diagnostic data, we see a bunch of errors related to the network connection from your mobile device to the core.
pq PLAYBACK_ERROR: "TransportError.playbackFailedOpen"
Unhandled flutter error:

This suggests that the connection is unstable or being interrupted. To help us isolate and mitigate these networking issues, could you please try the following:
Test a different Wi-Fi: Try using Roon ARC while connected to a different Wi-Fi network (not your home network and not cellular data) to see if the stability improves.
Try Tailscale: If the issue persists, we highly recommend setting up Tailscale. This works as a secure tunnel that can bypass standard port forwarding and carrier restrictions, often resolving these types of connection errors.
You can find instructions on setting up Tailscale with Roon here:
Please let us know if either of these methods improves the playback stability.
