RoonARC unable to connect over 4G with iPhone 12 Pro (ref#HRGEA5)

I can no longer access RoonARC on my iPhone (12 Pro) except using WiFi on my own network. It does not work over 4G or other WiFi networks despite good download speeds. It has worked previously. I can also access RoonARC using my iPad (Air 13-inch [M2]) connected to my iPhone as a Personal Hotspot. Both are using iOS 18.0.1. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. The Nucleus+ shows up as 'Online and ready'. My mobile network APN is 3internet.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. This sounds like an issue with port forwarding.
Please check your Roon settings → Roon ARC page. Does it display any error message? If it does what does it say?
You can also try setting up tailscale which many users have found to be simpler than configuring their router for port forwarding. This article can assist with that.
