Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Music won’t play or issues with my library

Music won’t play or issues with my library

· Local files won't import or appear

Tell us what's going on

· Roon 2.1 build 271. Production serial 54B2030BBB17 running a Roon Nucleus + unit with 256 gb.

Tell us about your home network

· Router is an xfinity router the connection is directly wired via ethernet cable.

Have you tried a cold restart .

Shut down everything then progressively start each component when the previous one is running

May help , t looks network so start with the router etc.

Could you please manually access the logs on your Nucleus by following the instructions here?

Once you have gathered them, please upload the log files to our Logs Storage.
