Roonserver and user change on windows 10

I run Roon as a roonserver App on my „Audio Pc“ and have an iPad as remote. Roon is installed on a specific user named Robert, but that user have not admin rights. I will now run the Roon App on another user, that have admin rights. As the Roon app is current installed under the user Robert ,how can I run it with the user admin ? I copied the installation(exe file) to the user admin place, but then I have to install it again. I want that the Roon app will only run with the user admin. How I have to do that correct without loose any data like basic and specific metadata and more. When that is done how I can remove/delete the app for the user Robert ?

It is my understanding that Roon should be installed with admin privileges. The solution is to install Roon on an account with such privileges.

From the account with Admin Rights.

Go to Settings
Then Accounts
Then Family & other users

Then

Roon-change-account-type1

Then

Roon-change-account-type3

Select Administrator and then reboot PC.
